Your data & privacy

You own your data and can take it with you at any time.

Export everything

Go to Your data (/account) → Download my data. You get a machine-readable JSON export of your account plus the business records of every company you belong to (your right of access & portability).

Erasure

On the same page, Request erasure to have your personal data deleted. Records we must keep by law (accounting/tax) are retained for the statutory period and then deleted.

Activity log

Paying accounts get an Activity log (/activity) — your recent actions, with Copy buttons so you can paste an entry straight into a support message when something looks wrong.

How we handle data

Solvent is operated by RHND Innovations GmbH (Vienna, EU). We're the controller for your account data and a processor for the personal data you enter about your own clients. Sub-processors and optional features are listed in our Privacy Policy, Terms and Cookie notice. Integration tokens and AI keys are encrypted at rest.
